Yesterday we visited our friends at Eden Heights of West Seneca for a Wii bowling tournament. We enjoyed bowling, refreshments and making new friends. Everyone had a great time. We thank them for their hospitality and we're looking forward to hosting the next tournament.
Tuesday everyone enjoyed music with Sax Man Slim. He played old favorites like Glenn Miller, which got some of us dancing whether standing or in our chairs. It was a great way to spent the afternoon. Please visit our website at http://www.edenheights.com/eden.html
Saturday was the Grand Opening of our Ice Cream Parlor. We started with a ribbon cutting ceremony with Carol our Administrator and Debbie Cooper one of our residents. Then everyone was treated to free ice cream cones and 50's music. Our ice cream parlor will be open everyday from 2:00 to 2:30pm. Please stop in and enjoy a treat! 
This afternoon we made Good Luck Ladybugs. With St. Patrick's Day just around the corner we combined the luck of the irish and ladybugs into a craft that is sure to bring good luck to all our residents.
On monday, we gave the birds that live in our courtyard a treat. We collected pinecones and covered them with peanut butter and birdseed, then hung them from the trees for the birds to enjoy on this snowy winter day. Please visit our website @ http:www.edenheights.com/eden.html
Today we enjoyed listening to Mitch Miller songs and playing our handmade instruments to the music. We had drums, shakers, bells and even kazoos. Are rhythm band is sounding pretty good and everyone has fun participating. Please visit our website @ http://www.edenheights.com/eden.html
